Leverage at Shell Jackpine Mine expansion

Leverage is currently assisting Shell with their Albian Jackpine mine expansion project. During this project Leverage will be supplying commissioning and start up assistance for instrumentation and automation. The estimated 12 billion dollar project seems to be moving right along with a positive attitude. Here at Leverage we are very impressed with Shells commitment to safety. The oil industry, as a whole, should strive to meet Shells high standards.

Leverage at Nexen Longlake Project

Nexen Long Lake

Nexen Long Lake

Just south of Fort McMurray, Leverage Instrument and Controls Ltd. has been working with the Long Lake project since June 2007. Throughout the time at Long Lake Leverage has seen many changes from the successful start-up of the SAGD and Upgrader operations, the purchase of a piece of Opti Canada’s portion of Long Lake by Nexen Inc., and now the commissioning of the debottlenecking portion of the SAGD operation. At Leverage we are always excited to see what the project will bring next.
